Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Ceres is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Ceres is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Ordered the pork belly , a large sticky rice and chicken . Everything was good except the chicken breast I ordered had zero flavor and was boiled not grilled or baked which made the chicken very dry being boiled.

Look if the 3 of us ordered this much, donβt be afraid to order and try. Also bring someone that knows about Thai food because the dishes can be made in different ways, more or less traditional, just ask when ordering. Everything was bomb.

I dined in with my family and we had a variety of food. I didn't get a chance to take a picture of the Pad Thai and Fried Rice, it was also delicious. I've been to Sticky Rice at their old location off Hatch Rd and I had their Spicy Papaya Salad, Lao Sausage and Sticky rice.

Finally satisfied that Thai food craving in the Central Valley. All places we've tried prior have been garbage and we generally just skip it or go to the Bay Area, but this one is fire! Well worth the 20-minute drive for us ! Super attentive staff. Shoutout to Jason (the new busboy who happened to be working his first shift during our visit. He should be promoted to a server sooner than later also.) Will def be back.
